Warm – up.
- Have students play the game “Slap the board” of school subjects.
Pre – reading.
- Ask pre-questions
a. What is this?
b. Do you know where it is?
- Have students predict true/false sentences
1. This is the largest library in the world.
2. It is in London.
3. It receives copies of all America books.
4. It has over 1,000 million books.
5. It has about 1,000 shelves.
6. There are over 5.000 employees.
- Pre-teach vocabulary : receive , employee.
While – reading.
- Ask students to read the text silently to check the true/false sentences
- Ask students to give feedback

- Have students read the text again to answer the questions.
- Ask students to give feedback
a. It’s in Washington D.C, the capital of the USA.
b. It has about 100 million books.
c. It has 1,000 km of shelves.

- Let students practice answering and answering the questions before the class..
