I. Objectives: By the end of the lession ,the ss will be able to drill the letter P and ask: What are they?
- Listening and speaking.
II. Language contents:
 a. Vocabulary: pig, cow, duck.
 b. Grammar : What are they?– They’re dogs.
III. Teaching method: Communicative method.
- Techniques: Ask and answer, work in groups, pairs, individually.
IV. Teaching aids: Text book, pictures, study cards, flipcharts.
V. Procedures:
1. Organization.(1') 
- Call the roll.
2. Warmer - up: ( 3’)
- T aks ss go to the board and read some words they have learnt in previous period.

I. Objectives: By the end of the lession ,the ss will be able to drill the letter P and ask: What are they?
- Listening and speaking.

III. Teaching method: Communicative method.
- Techniques: Ask and answer, work in groups, pairs, individually.
IV. Teaching aids: Text book, pictures, study cards, flipcharts.
V. Procedures:
1. Organization.(1') 
- Call the roll.
2. Warmer - up: ( 3’)
- T aks ss go to the board and read some words they have learnt in previous period.
- T gives marks.

- Introduce 3 new words:
+ Take the picture and say:
pig, cow, duck 
+ T: Yes, peach, pencil, picture.
says and writes on the board.
+ Correct the mistakes. 
- Do the same with the other words.
- Play the tape.
T introduces the structure:
What are they?– They’re dogs.
T: Says and write on the board
- Explain: “What are they? ” . Use to ask the objects, animals.
* Activity 2: Practice ( 8’)
T: What are they?– They’re dogs.
- Divide Ss into pairs. Ask for Ss to ask and answer
* Activity 3: do exercises ( 7’)

- Trace, color.
- Count, write, color
+ Repeat:
 pig, cow, duck
+ Guess the meaning.
+ Look at the board and read in chorus.
+ Read individual.
- Look at the board and read all the new words.
- Read in chorus and individual.

- Look at the board and read.

- Ask and answer in groups.
