Procedures: Teacher’s activities Students’ activities Warm – up. ¯ Networks Holidays / Vacations in Viet Nam Suggested answers - The Lunar New Year’s Day (TET Holiday) - Independence Day (2/9) - Victory Day (30/4) - May Day (1/5) - Teacher’s Day (20/11) - Women’s Day (8/3) - Viet Nam People’s Army Day (22/12) Pre – reading. - Have students match the name of the public holiday with picture. a. Thanksgiving. b. Independence Day. c. New Year’s Day. d. Christmas. - Have students look at the letter and answer the questions. a. Do you know what it is? ª a letter. b.
